Enjoying my time at the Glenmoor Gathering!
This Beauty went to The Glenmoor Gathering this year and won an Award of Excellence in its Class.It is my 1953 Buick Skylark Convertible.One of 1,690 built in 1953. Bought brand new in 1953, it would have set you back a whopping $5,000
Kreiger Ford Mustang Show - Sept 13th
This was also a "Regional Mustang Club of America" Show.The weather was perfect to stroll and view over 165 Mustangs dating from late 1964 to future 2010.
I was honored to be the announcer while Doug Krieger handed out awards to all the winners.
Entertainment was provided by
DJ Chuck Steel.

Doug Krieger, owner of Krieger Ford and Jeff Brashares present Kevin Hole with the Best of Show trophy for his 1969 Mustang Fastback.
Angie and Jeff sent two of their Classic Buicks to the Hemmings sponsored New England Concour's d' Elegance on July 18. The show was held in Bennington, Vt. Here are a couple of photos from the show, courtesy of Hemmings Motor News.
The 16thAnnual Glenmoor Gathering of Significant Automobiles took place on Sunday, September 19, in Canton, Ohio. Always a terrific show organized by David Schultz, this year was no exception, with many beautiful automobiles.
Nick and Sally Popa displayed their 1973 Citroen SM Automatique coupe in the European Post-War Touring Class and took First Place. This was their first major show after the Arthritis Foundation Classic Auto Show and both said they had a great time. (That's probably because the rain held off during the show!)
Jeff and Angie Brashares showed their 1953 Roadmaster Sedan in the 1946 to 1954 Postwar Class. The 1953 Roadmaster also won First Place in their Class.
The Brashares Family Foundation Award went to a 1906 Buick F Touring car owned by Bob McKeown.
